Consul General Nitirooge Phoneprasert inaugurated the ‘Thai Esan Food Festival’ organised by Café De Bangkok Chennai

On 13 January 2023 Consul General Nitirooge Phoneprasert inaugurated the ‘Thai Esan Food Festival’ organised by Café De Bangkok Chennai from 8 January to 15 February 2023 to promote the flavourful authenticity of the Thai Esan cuisine in South India.
  The renowned Thai Esan dishes have been served during the said Festival including Som Tam Salad (raw papaya), Larb Gai (minced chicken meat), Gaeng Naw Mai (bamboo shoot soup), and Gai Tod (fried chicken).
 
Café De Bangkok has been honored with the ‘Thai SELECT’ award which is a mark of certification from the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand to recognize restaurants in Thailand and oversees that exhibit authentic Thai flavours.
